Is it Hot in Here or....
Is it me or is hot in here? I love the brisk days and winter-cool nights. Mostly because of layers. Scarf, Sweater, Shirt, Tank. And that's just for the upper portion of the body.
Layers Rock. The more I pile on the easier it is to stay warm in the office. And the easier it is to peel it all off when -- just like that -- the temperature drops sharply and you have to put all that stuff back on again. I have a space heater beneath my desk and have seriously considered a fan for the desktop. Throughout all of these mini-climate changes, the thermostat doesn't change. It's just me. I read someplace that it's the body's, or rather the female body's, internal thermostat trying to adjust itself. To What? And why? And how long does it take?
Excuse me, I need to take off my scarf and and my sweater and my boots.
